What Clémence Renaud likes about Restaurant Du Cours:
One of the more expensive restaurants in Sisteron, but simply put, the best steak we had in out whole 2 week trip around France without a doubt. The other half used to be a Butcher, so knows about meat and he was blown away by it. It was early in the season and I think the staff were quite young may be not completley trained.We started really well starter and mains then the large room got very busy and nobody was clearing the empty plates.I made a comment about it ,...then we had the waiter asking if we wanted dessert , we said we ll wait a little.then another waiter asked us 1 mn later.We said we had told our waiter we d like to wait a bit af...
