Arnes Bus Stop - Sison
Arnes Bus Stop
Description
Situated as a highway stop in Sison, Pangasinan, this bus-stop restaurant is ideal for quick pit-stops, offering pasalubong, coffee, microwavable takeaways, a canteen and ample free parking. Staff are generally friendly and service is efficient, and several dishes receive praise. However, food quality and portion sizes can be inconsistent and sometimes overpriced, and restroom cleanliness (occasionally coin-operated) is a recurring drawback. Best for travelers seeking a fast, casual bite or souvenirs rather than a refined dining experience.

I’m not sure why Google recommended this restaurant, as the food is both overpriced and average at best. I didn’t even want to finish my meal because it was so mediocre and bland. There weren’t many options on the menu, either. The papaitan lacked flavor and had very little meat for the price. I’m usually on the lookout for good carinderia-style food when I travel, but this place didn’t meet my expectations. I was really disappointed because I was willing to pay more for quality food, but what we had was just subpar. The portion sizes were also quite small.

Compared to other bus stops, I definitely wouldn't recommend this one. The smell from the restroom is overpowering due to a lack of cleaning and maintenance, to the point that it affects the dining area and can really ruin your appetite. It made me feel nauseous while eating. Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 2.
It is a bus stop for Partas bus from Ilocos region. Price of food is of course higher but at least use of CR is free. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₱1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Chicken Noodle Soup
