Dragon is an upscale restaurant in the beautiful setting of the Hilton hotel in Istanbul. Problem is the food is not good at all and pricy which is expected for the location. The chicken soup was OK the egg rolls and wontons were bad. However worst off all was the Crispy chicken with garlic and ginger sauce. One of the best Chinese Restaurant I tried all over the world. If you like Chinese food, don’t miss it. It is a bit pricy, but worth to try.

Dragon Restaurant is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Istanbul. It has been serving near the first Hilton Hotel in Beyoğlu District for many years. Last week I have been here with my family and everything was excellent, as usual. We started with a Peking duck. As the main course we had beef with oyster sauce, sweet sour chicken and garlic shrimp. For beverage we had jasmine tea. As for the desert we had fried banana. They were all amazing, kudos to the chef! Aside the food, the service is exceptional too. It is a great place to invite your friends for a celebration, or your colleagues for a business dinner.
