Really good fo... read more Excellent location for skiing. Excellent service from all staff members. New rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Excellent sauna. Really good food, they cater to everyone's needs and are very attentive to food intolerances and special dietary needs. Accessible rooms, all areas are wheelchair accessible, and all floors have elevators. Thank you!!

It was spotless, the furnishings and comfort were beyond top-notch. The dinner was very good, the only thing that dampened our enthusiasm a bit. The group was a bit lackluster, and there weren't many alternatives, but overall we made it. However, given the setting and the high quality of the place, I think they have a lot of room for improvement in this regard. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The hotel has potential but isn't fully utilized. The rooms are clean and basic (no amenities like a kettle, mini fridge, etc. We tried using the smart TV, but ended up watching a movie on our phone. Let's just say that after a day of hiking and wanting to relax with a movie, it would be nice if everything was working properly. There's a sauna available for €20 upon reservation. Basic sweet/savory breakfast. The receptionist never smiled, not even by mistake. Let's just say there's room for improvement.
