What User doesn't like about Fratelli Burgio Al Porto:
the local offers a good quality. the prices are excessively touristy and too high, although perhaps this is due to the location, however paying a normal cocktail and a gin tonic with gin euro sea seems excessive. Despite the very high number of waiters, the staff is indifferent and unfair. we will not return despite the quality. View all feedback.

Very nice location, in front of the marina. We just went for a drink, had a drink in the media. My mojito did with white sugar instead of stick, and I think the drop of dark rum had disappeared. The waiters went in an hour ten times to ask if they could take anything away, and sometimes they took away the bowl with chips not yet empty to do something. Maybe because the room was empty and they were bored
Tired of a long walk through ortigia (separate check), we stayed here for lunch. it was very pleasant, in the shade of trees and with views of the water and the marina. we decided to order the selection of local appetizers and “vino di tavola”. house wine from the region. the appetizers needed long time to show up, but that was worth waiting, they were all delicious and enormous portions. the second order of the same weine was very different – they gave us a syrup cross that can hardly be called wee too bad. lunch was cheap, but I hate being taken for an idiot.

My own and my wife visited a day to lunch, the service was very bad, it took us just minutes to get our order in and another hour and minutes to get a panini! terrible service and hire by staff...I would not recommend
