Ate at this hidden gem of a restaurant 3 times whilst staying at a nearby hotel. Didn't disappoint. Excellent food, reasonable prices. Executive chef even took us back to our hotel (we walked there) as he was leaving at the same time as us and didn't want us to walk in the dark!!! Over and above any service we've ever received anywhere. And Giovanni, our waiter was absolutely lovely too. 5* plus. Highly recommended.... View all feedback.

The place itself with its lovely garden is really great. However the food which is served is rather averagy and does unfortunately not make good credit to the facility. View all feedback.

Delicious and good selection of dishes. Nice relaxing evening setting in a well kept garden. There is ample private parking.
Food was below average in sicily looks different as on pictures, new but worse chef? good wine recommendation atmosphere with bright lights very unpleasant british chart song list replayed 3x during our meal a bit too expensive horrible tiramisu overall worst dinner we had in our 2 week stay in sicily
I enjoyed dinner on my first night here and it was nice to relax and unwind at the hotel for dinner. The service was impeccable and the dish was great!
Staying at the Caiammari were the Hibiscus is based. Restaurant was quiet but the food and service were excellent. Meal of the day was meat served 4 ways glass of wine water and coffee for 45€. Considering the quality it was good value. Can be a tad expensive. Had deconstructed cannollo which was delicious.
