Absolutely our FAVOURITE pizza in Ortigia. The crust / dough is special. Try the spicy salami, it is delicious beyond faith! And the people who lead the place are also very nice (and seem to be really invested in the food they make. This shows:

Tasting the pinsa in this intimate local of Ortigia was a real discovery. Excellent flour, excellent dressings, excellent cuisine. We tasted the mortar and the pineapple friarielli: a goodness that literally melts in the mouth. Between culinary culture and a bit of Roman history, Mrs. Cinzia and her husband accompanied us, with grace and professionalism, among the secrets of the true pinsa .
