I got a mint hot chocolate and two puppachinos. When i ordered through the drive thru, the young man asked if i wanted it hot. I was kind of confused. Is there another way that I'm not familiar with? Anyway, it was really good. And the perps loved their cups of whipped cream! View all feedback.

FYI it's in a Hy Vee Supermarket. The service was Great! I just think they don't know how to mix the drinks very well. Maybe I came on the wrong day or something idk my drink tasted grossly burnt. View all feedback.
I'm usually not a huge fan of Starbucks, but I have to say I really enjoy the Dragon Drink and the Pink Drink—they're simply amazing!
I waited for ten minutes while the Starbucks employee chatted with a friend after taking my order, and the cashier just stood behind the register, acting busy. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave without my order. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Honestly, giving it a one-star rating seems too generous.
Just a heads up, this restaurant is situated inside a Hy-Vee Supermarket. The service was outstanding! However, I believe the staff could benefit from more experience in mixing drinks. I might have just visited on an off day, but my drink had an unpleasant burnt flavor.
I will never return! They are overpriced and seem inflexible, unskilled, and rude.
Why is it so expensive? There are plenty of local coffee shops around, and I prefer to spend my money at those places instead. Starbucks isn't worth it.
