Unfortunately, since Casey's doesn’t connect with my credit card’s auto-check feature, I need to have my transactions verified by Upside. Despite having a receipt showing that I purchased $80 worth of gas, this particular Casey's location was unhelpful and refused to process my claim, even though it was clearly their receipt. Furthermore, even if this issue gets resolved, I've found better discounts at the BP station nearby. On top of that, the pumps felt outdated, and I didn’t always feel safe at this location.

Unfortunately, the pizza was quite disappointing; there were holes throughout the dough, the cheese mix was burnt, and I didn’t receive any marinara sauce. For the wings, I specifically requested boneless but received traditional wings with bones instead. To make things worse, when I threw away the wings box, I noticed a timestamp on the bottom indicating they had been prepared at 4 o'clock. This clearly shows that my wings were simply taken from a pre-heated batch instead of being freshly made. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. I can safely say I won’t be ordering from here again; you've lost a loyal customer after many years.
