Unfortunately, since Casey's doesn’t connect with my credit card’s auto-ch... read more I regularly use the Upside app to buy gas and take advantage of discounts at Casey's. Unfortunately, since Casey's doesn’t connect with my credit card’s auto-check feature, I need to have my transactions verified by Upside. Despite having a receipt showing that I purchased $80 worth of gas, this particular Casey's location was unhelpful and refused to process my claim, even though it was clearly their receipt. Furthermore, even if this issue gets resolved, I've found better discounts at the BP station nearby. On top of that, the pumps felt outdated, and I didn’t always feel safe at this location.

To make matters wor... read more This was supposed to be a taco pizza, but it was disappointing. Generally, we love Casey's pizza, but this was the worst one we've ever had. To make matters worse, it left us feeling unwell the next day. We were just passing through Sioux Falls, and I would suggest avoiding ordering from the Casey's on Kiwanis Ave.

The pizza dough had holes all over, as you can see, the cheesesticks were burnt and came without marinara sauce. The wings I ordered were supposed to be boneless, but I received bone-in instead. When I threw the box away, I noticed a time stamped 4 pm written on the bottom, which means they took my wings straight from the pre-made warmer. They didn’t even try to make my wings fresh or correct. This is pure laziness and completely unacceptable. After many years as a loyal customer, I won’t be ordering from Casey’s menu again.
