I said it once ill say it again, it is Casey's pizza. Mmmm mmmm good. Nuff said, I also love the rewards, if you gain enough you get discounts on ?, I have enough to turn my points in for 14 dollars worth of in store credit and they also have buy 10get 11th free on ???? ,? .
Wow. No one in the store and it took 14 minutes to make a chicken wrap. Total time spent it store was 35 minutes and walked out with cold food and warm drinks. Go to another caseys.
I've stopped here a few times on the way by and its good. But today I called in a pizza and was greeted with epitome of Customer Service. I didn't get a name, but I would like to nominate them for when human cloning becomes legal.
On the evening of December 19, 2021, at 5:35 PM, my husband attempted to place an order at the Benson Road location and was told the wait time would be 90 minutes. We called the store to verify this, and they confirmed it, prompting us to cancel our order again. Next, we contacted the Rice Street location, which assured us of a much shorter wait time of just 15 minutes. I truly feel that the team at the Benson location needs to enhance their efficiency, as our experiences there have consistently been disappointing.
They don't honor Casey's rewards, so there's no point in asking to provide your number.
