We called the store to verify this, and they confirmed it, prompting us to cancel our order again. Next, we contacted the Rice Street location, which assured us of a much shorter wait time of just 15 minutes. I truly feel that the team at the Benson location needs to enhance their efficiency, as our experiences there have consistently been disappointing.
