I really enjoy this Caribou Coffee and always choose this location because the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make two pup cups for my energetic dogs, which I truly appreciate. Even when the place is busy, they remain patient and kind, and I have a lot of respect for that. What Barb Mesman doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
Drive through service very slow. How can I have to wait 8-10 minutes for a single beverage. This has happened more than once. I stop on my lunch break and I have either had to leave my order behind or be late getting back to work. Super frustrating. That has never happened at Scooters. I will be going back there. Caribou Coffee has always been a favorite of mine. Both the coffee and bagels are great. If you download the app they have a really good reward system where you can earn free goodies and have the option to order ahead/pay virtually. I had some issues with the app registering my points, but customer service was extremely easy and friendly to work with and I got all of my points added. This location has about five tables inside if you are dining in and there are plenty of outlets if you are planning on doing some work.
The girls at caribou are fast and great at what they do. Good food, friendly people looking forward to my next visit.
I like the fact they offer an extra large size! The coffee has great flavor and the drive through workers are friendly.
