(I think t... read more At first we were a bit surprised when the restaurant is in a residential area. The staff was very friendly, but their English knowledge was volatile. (I think the English-speaking employees were a little fun in the poor boy who had the most limited knowledge and sent him to us). The dinner was delicious, creative and the presentation was also spectacular and organized in every detail. We really liked the small details and surprises in the dishes, the cook obviusly like the cheerful game with the textures and taste. Dinner in general was much better than a star restaurant, which I tried in the past throughout Europe. Unfortunately we drove by car, so we didn't have the chance to try the wine pairing.

Also, I think Sion is not place where people could wait to meet such place ! Menu is secret You just can choose between quantity of dishes from 1 to 9. No explanation, non even name ! I have ordered 9! Including 2 deserts . No one of dishes was middle !!! Each of them was masterpiece of culinary Excellent! Bravo ! Find a time to visit this place and trust chief , sure you will be more then double satisfied!

Only flat of the meal. Nice attention during dessert for the person who celebrated his birthday. Although it was announced it was a very nice surprise and dessert was like the succulent dishes. So, without pampering, please enjoy the attention to the preparation of the vegetables that we need far over the five, and enjoy the way they almost taken over by the fish or meat on each dish. Desserts were also very coherent in the association of flavors. a really great experience that we are looking forward to the renewal.

The interior is some... read more We spent a wonderful evening with a five-course menu. The restaurant is located in a former shop on the ground floor of an apartment house. The interior is somewhat minimalist in style, but it felt comfortable, especially as the distances between the tables are quite large. We were greeted by Damien personally, who took the menu order and later returned to check if we were interested in the great selection of cheese on his tray. The food was excellent, a composition of different styles and notes, and each of the courses was remarkable in its own way. We drank a bottle of local wine, a very good recommendation from the friendly waitress. Overall, the total invoice was CHF 340 for two, which I consider to be excellent for Switzerland.
