What K DSC doesn't like about Casa Do Benfica:
CATASTROPHIC service! 1h15 wait to serve our dishes. You ask 3x something they forget. The waitress said to me “do you want a plate for your son? » I tell her yes, she leaves and never comes back. She had already forgotten . 3x I had to ask for a plate, 3x to ask for ice cubes. Ok there were people there but frankly ZERO organization! Top restaurant if you are looking to eat good fish here is a dourada that I had the pleasure of tasting which was also very good. Congratulations to the cooks. In addition to that, we were served by Mr. Pedro and Miss Salomé who did a remarkable job. Pedro for his sympathy and care and Salomé for her remarkable work and always in a good mood.
