I then went out and wanted to pick up my order because it was there and the delivery service man messaged me and said why I couldn't be reached and why he had to wait so long because he had other customers. So please, you should have a little respect and be patient between three and 5 minutes, that's still within a good range. I'm not available every minute either. The person also has no right to write to me, look at me with huge eyes and tell me that I have to be available. I don't have to be available every minute. I can be reached when the Lieferando app shows me that the delivery service has arrived.
