The whole restaurant was warm, so maybe that was part of it. I had the roasted peach salad as well. I really liked it but, it would have been even better if they put a toasted peach on the side of the salad, as well as having it in the dressing.

Everything else was fantastic. This place offers the best sushi around. The oysters were outstanding, and the sushi was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great.

Very nice night a little noisy for me buy I'm old. The food was excellent and prepared well. I'm not a sushi expert but my son is and this is one of his favorite places. Great service from our waiter who knew the menu well and was able to advise us on popular tasty items. Everyone loved the food and apps and we had a great night. Only issue that I have is that if you get a mixed drink the ice cube is 80% of the volume of the glass and the drink volume is a little stingy but the taste was fine and well done. Our party had drinks all around, a bottle of wine, apps, main course and six deserts and our bill was $711 including the tip.

The sushi is wonderful as well as the new Sunday brunches that they recently added. The brunch includes some egg dishes and different types of Benedicts including lobster. Our whole party enjoyed our experience there.

We met Brandon, Alexis, Ryan, and, most importantly, Heather. Heather is absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and truly impressive. Wow! We sat at the sushi bar and ordered sushi, sashimi, and crème brûlée for dessert. I can honestly say they exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is beautifully designed, very clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere, with an amazing staff to match. I highly recommend checking this place out. On my next visit, I plan to try the Chilean Sea Bass!

This is the best seafood we’ve had away from the coast! As food enthusiasts, we’re hard to impress, but this place did just that. Nikki was our server for the evening, and she was incredibly attentive, providing quick responses to all our menu inquiries. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance, with ideal lighting and acoustics, making it perfect for both romantic dinners and casual outings. We can’t wait to come back and look forward to many more visits! But don’t judge a building by therestaurant inside this is a must visit if you want amazing sushi and seafood. They had a great drink list and beer menu. I wishI could eat here every night. Our server, Natasha, was on the ball, clearly loves her job, and made the whole group happy. Our cocktails were delicious unique takes on some classics. Weshared a few of the appetizer specials and then half of us had the lobster and filet special. I have eaten lobster by the oceanin Maine and this was better. I don't know how, but it was. I know how much it takes to have food and service at this level andthe attention to detail at this price point is what one could expect in a major metropolitan area so it is a delight to find ittucked away in Sinking Spring. This will be near the top of our list for restaurant choices from now on.
