Was James Robinson at Five Guys a mag?
I’ve been to numerous five guys because they are some of the most consistent franchises around but the particular one, and seeking Spring has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life seconds before closing. Matt and Ryan took a rushed order and cooked it with more love And service than I would’ve ever expected. I would like to commend Matt and Ryan for their wonderful attention and providing... What Andrew C dislikes about Five Guys:
I’ve had similar experiences with cheap franchise owners at another place who claimed that filling fries to the top isn’t necessary, but I managed to get a full refund there. I won’t be contacting anyone about this order; instead, I’m just sharing my experience in this review. This issue with insufficient fries doesn’t occur at the locations I frequent in New Jersey and Connecticut. I can’t stand it when employees ac... View all feedback.
Andrew took our order! He was so pleasant and kind. We only came for fries but he made the experience a delight!
The burgers here are excellent and come with all the toppings you could want. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it worth it. I had lunch here and was so satisfied that I didn’t feel hungry for dinner. Plus, I had some fries left over that I was able to heat up in the toaster oven later!
What else can I say about Five Guys that you haven't already heard? I really enjoy their burgers, especially the fact that you can customize them to your liking. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their hot dogs are; I had mine with ketchup, mustard, pickles, raw onions, and tomatoes. Do yourself a favor and try a milkshake – I had the vanilla with salted caramel and double-stuffed Oreos, and it was fantastic. Honestly, this burger joint puts McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's to shame. The only downside? The price. Two burgers with triple patties (I forgot that the regular size already comes with two patties), a hot dog, large fries, and a milkshake set me back $50.
The lady over charged us by three drinks and didn't give us our money back, horrible place to come
