I’ve had similar experiences with cheap franchise owners at another place who claimed that filling fries to the top isn’t necessary, but I managed to get a full... read more I’ve had similar experiences with cheap franchise owners at another place who claimed that filling fries to the top isn’t necessary, but I managed to get a full refund there. I won’t be contacting anyone about this order; instead, I’m just sharing my experience in this review. This issue with insufficient fries doesn’t occur at the locations I frequent in New Jersey and Connecticut. I can’t stand it when employees act like saving money for the company impacts their wages when it’s my tips that influence them.

Matt and Ryan took a rushed order and cooked it with more love And service than I would’ve ever expected. I would like to commend Matt and Ryan for their wonderful attention and providing us and our family with a great meal in the Clutch.
