The Tasting Room At Villa Eden - Sinigo

This is a must visit if you like great tasting creative dishes and very personalised service. A cosy 4 table corner with a real fireplace and dedicated staff. Interior is classic luxury. Visited on a weekday evening, atmosphere was wel coming and relaxed. Choice of a 5 or 7 course menu curated by the chef using local in season ingredients. Dishes taste great and have surprising ingredient combinations. There is a wine pairing option and you can also chose your own wine. Serving size very generous for a five course menu. Exceptional service completes this fantastic dining experience. Reservations required one day in advance, can be made through WhatsApp. Parking on site or use bus 4. Prices quite reasonable for this type of experience.
