The view couldn 't have been more breathtaking nor could the family 's hospitality. The only “disadvantage” of the wonderful view is the quite long journey from the valley of around 25 minutes by car over a very narrow road, which is understandable for regional reasons but this must be taken into account when planning trips to the beautiful surroundings . Anyone looking for peace, authenticity and regional cuisine as well as nature and sustainability will get their money 's worth here. However, regional also means that the dishes are usually predetermined and you can rarely order a la carte. All drinks are homemade, if you 're looking for chips, cola or other off the shelf drinks, you won 't find them here but we see this as a plus and unique selling point you just have to be aware of that. The host Alex explained the typical South Tyrolean dishes to us and was simply super authentic and hospitable. The pitch offers a very good view of Merano and the sanitary facilities are clean. Also ideal for children, my 17 month old son had a lot of fun with the animals and games provided by the facility. I recommend having dinner at the property, as the food is excellent and the place is super well looked after. Alexander super helpful, he had 1000 precautions on every point of view.
