We took... read more Roman cuisine tavern in the heart of Merano. The cacio e pepe was excellent, the spaghetti was al dente and the pecorino cream was creamy and inviting. We took Roman artichoke and vignarola with peas and new broad beans as a side dish. The vegetables were tender and light. The homemade desserts are very good, well-made tiramisu and dark chocolate mousse, the wait staff is very courteous and attentive. To try. Well done guys, we will be back for sure.
