Good. Left with a satisfied belly. Ordered the big portion of Kolo Mee at $5.50 for lunch. The serving is generous. Wish there could be more veg though. Still thinking about it although its tea break now. View all feedback.
So happy to discover a good kolo mee place nearby! I had the $4.50 version and the portion was already so generous!! I like how the char siu slices were quite thick and I could request for more lard The noodle was springy and the taste would get better as you kept eating it..
I ordered the large $5.50 bowl of Sarawak Kolo Mee. The noodles serving size including the char siew and minced pork are quite generous. The chilli has a good kick and the lard adds a round nice rich taste. Mix and eat the noodles quicky while hot or it tends to dry out very quickly.
Tried the other famous kolo mee in SG but still feel they aren't as good! Love the Sarawak laksa too!
Serves authentic tasting Sarawak style noodles. Kolo Mee taste good however due to takeaway, have to stir the noodles with the oil Abit more to have even flavour. Generous serving for $5 portion, ingredients and garnishes are also generously given. They are near the corner of the bukit merah central hawker centre and are easy to find as they have very nice stall banners and photos.
Ordered two bowl. One $5 kolo mee and one $5 Sarawak laksa. They are pretty good. The portion was big, the laksa has 3 big prawns. And the kolo mee has huge amount of meat. If to compare with the one I had in Kuching Sarawak, there are still difference in term of the savoury taste. Still this is a good place if you crave for Sarawak food delight.
