The fries were served hot, fragrant, perfectly salted, and generously topped with that amazing cheese—so delicious! You can also request chili or tartar sauce as a dip. The big breakfast was fantastic! It was hearty and satisfying, with fresh and tasty cherry tomatoes and vegetables. The bacon was hot and crispy, while the sausage was juicy and flavorful. The buttered toast was nice and crispy but had a slightly charred edge. As for the crispy roast chicken, I’m not sure where the "crispy" went, but the meat was incredibly tender and juicy! A squeeze of lemon adds a refreshing touch! Just a note: the dish leaned a bit towards the salty side. **Ambiance:** As always, PS Cafe offers a beautiful and classy atmosphere—perfect for a date!
