But the... read more Went on a Thursday afternoon and waited in line, and I appreciate that the fries are fried to order, and understand that I need to wait because of that. But the poor man on duty alone that day was overwhelmed with orders before me. I waited for about 15 minutes, and it was my turn next, but there was suddenly a big online order that came in. The man on duty decided to tell those in line (those that were waiting BEFORE the online order came in) that he could not take our orders because of the large online order. Thats where I felt frustrated, because we were queuing there BEFORE the online order was made, but we were pushed away and denied service although we have been waiting in line. I wanted to make an official feedback, but couldn't find email. Tried calling the number but no one answered, so hopefully I can get through to the management here. Service: 1
