Nothing fancy except for the quality food and warm hospitality from Chef Ben himself and Jenny, his assistance. Don't order from the menu. Go with omakase. You will not regret it at all.

Dining at his restaurants is always a delight, with consistent excellent service, delicious food, and a memorable experience every time. Recently, I hosted my Bachelorette's lunch party at Matsuya Sushi Bar and my friends were absolutely impressed by the Omakase lunch prepared by Chef Ben that day. I will not hesitate to invite more people to dine at Matsuya Sushi Bar as long as Chef Ben is in charge. Thank you, Chef Ben, for always looking after us so well.

Through the conversation with Executive Chef Benson, I was amazed that he did not receive any training overseas but had simply learnt from Japanese chefs locally. I would highly recommend the Chirashi Don.
