Was Chin Zhi Hui at Fireless Kitchen a mag?
I had the char siew quinoa, and I was impressed. The ingredients were fresh and well-marinated, making for a delicious dish. It wasn't greasy, and the portion size was just right—neither too large nor too small. This restaurant seems to cater more to office workers looking for a quick lunch, so don't expect a romantic dining experience with intricate plating. However, it definitely delivers on serving good food. View all feedback.
I stopped by for a late dinner and enjoyed a 30% discount. I really loved the concept of a fireless kitchen, where all the food is prepared without direct flames, focusing on the sous vide cooking technique. The dishes were exactly as I had imagined—perfectly cooked proteins accompanied by beautifully roasted sides. However, I did have to deduct one star due to the service. I ordered additional meat, but they forgot to input my order. Fortunately, they came back to check with me about the missing item. Despite this oversight, I want to commend the lady who went out of her way to ensure that each customer was happy with their meal!

I was fascinated by the sous vide concept at this cafe, and the 30% discount after 8 PM was an added bonus. I tried the Pork Belly and Chicken bowls. The meat was perfectly cooked, although I found the sauce for the pork a bit too strong for my taste. Overall, it was a satisfying meal!
We enjoyed some healthy food at this restaurant. Each main dish allows you to choose a protein along with three vegetable options. The beef was tender and lean, while the salmon was decent. The tofu was firm and flavorful, enhanced by a lightly spicy and tangy sauce. We also sampled the pork belly, which was tasty but a bit fatty for our liking. The customer service was very attentive and thoughtful. We make it a point to visit every other week!
Honestly, I didn't expect this at all. I'm not usually a fan of healthy diets, but I've tried my fair share, so I feel my judgment is fairly balanced. I ordered the beef and pork, and wow... they were incredibly tender and juicy! Just popping a piece in your mouth, it practically melts away, allowing you to savor all the delicious flavors. Absolutely fantastic! The egg, however, was a bit disappointing; it was overcooked. The mushrooms were a tad too raw for my taste. The pesto pasta was alright, and it's a shame the mashed potatoes weren't available. I’ll definitely return to sample the other proteins!
