Had the char siew quinoa. The ingredients tasted clean (well marinated) and were delicious. Not oily and the portions were decent sized (ie not too large). More of an office PMET lunch place, so don’t expect a romantic plated meal, but this place serves decent food. View all feedback.
Pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Very affordable for the portion size (this sous vide beef bowl was only $8+ after their 8pm discount). Sweet potato purée tasted very natural aka not too much cream or whatever additional stuff most places tend to add.
Healthy food. Each main comes with a protein choice and 3 vegetable choices. Beef is soft and no fat. Salmon is ok. Tofu is firm and tasty with the lightly spicy tangy sauce. We also tried the pork belly. It is also good but is a bit fatty for us. Very thoughtful customer service. We are there every other week.
Got the sous vide herb butter salmon with brown rice biryani, zucchini, aubergine and tomato. So tasty flavourful! The staff was super friendly too, highly recommend coming here for wholesome delicious fare :
Honestly, I didn't see this coming. I'm not into the whole healthy food diet but I've had my fair share of it, therefore I believe my judgement to be rather fair. Had the beef and pork and boy oh boy... They were so soft and succulent!! Just putting a cube into your mouth and it disintegrates easily, and you can savour the flavour oozing out of them. Extremely good, I'd say. The egg was meh. It was overdone. The mushrooms tasted a little raw to my liking. Pesto pasta was okay, and it's a shame the mash wasn't available. I'll be back to try the other proteins!
Was intrigued by the sous vide concept of this cafe, and the 30% discount after 8pm sure didn't hurt. Tried the Pork Belly and Chicken bowls. The meat was definitely not overcooked, though the sauce for the pork was a little too intense for me. Still a wholesome bowl overall!
