beautiful selection of Chinese cuisine. 1. try to order the Irish duck with truffles. 2. sautéed bark with black pfeffer sauce. 3. fried white bait is a good starter choice, not too oily. 4. bamboo clams is also well cooked. View all feedback.
What John Doe doesn't like about Crystal Jade Palace:
The food was mediocre, but the service was pleasant. I commend the restaurant for their creative approach in introducing new dim sum dishes. However, I was disappointed that the crab and spinach dumplings lacked the expected crab flavor, as they were mostly filled with prawns. View all feedback.
We have always relied on this restaurant for delicious dim sum. This time, we ventured to try their Peking Duck and it was a hit with everyone. In addition to the traditional sauce, it also comes with a foie gras paste.

Chef Martin Foo is absolutely incredible! He consistently crafts unique and exceptional menus for us each time we dine at his restaurant. This is just a small glimpse of his amazing culinary skills. Bravo!
