We tried the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, which includes two slices of Cha Shu, a whole Onsen Egg, and Seaweed. The ramen is quite good for its price, offering a warm and comforting flavor with a light garlic taste from the black garlic. Despite the thin noodles, they have a nice texture and the Cha Shu slices are lean and tender. The onsen egg has a molten yolk inside. While it may not be the best ramen in town, it... Great food, we had the dons which featured flavourful and well seasoned chicken and karage. Added a dollar for free flow of drinks on weekdays from 10.30 to 5pm, or 1.50 for dinner or weekends. Great value for money, highly recommended.
Actually the ramen is pretty good even though it is not their specialty. Tendon portion is HUGE, never order the large one unless you are a monster

The Spicy Chicken Karrage Don is a bowl of Japanese white rice topped with crispy golden brown karaage and a savory sauce that enhances the flavor of the dish. Instagram: @zoey_belle
We arrived before lunchtime, so the food was served quickly. We ordered the black garlic oil tonkotsu ramen and a medium-sized tendon. We really enjoyed the aroma of the black garlic oil. The ramen broth was light but tasty. The tendon portion was large, although we were surprised to find that it was made with just fish and vegetables, no chicken.
I visited the restaurant on the evening of January 3rd around 7pm. The wait time was acceptable, about 7 minutes for 5 servings of food to be served all at once. The tendon bowl (priced at $11.90 for a medium bowl) was delicious and a good value for the money. The batter was crispy and exceeded my expectations. I was feeling skeptical about the food after reading some comments, but it turned out to be better than I had anticipated.
