Th... read more I went here on 10/26 and I went back on 10/27 to see if I still felt the same way and I do. The staff is amazing and polite. The food was very hot and fresh. This is the best Zaxby's that I have ever went too.

The staff automatically assumes you want smaller portions, fries, and drinks without asking. When I asked to change my order, the manager informed me that it co... read more The staff automatically assumes you want smaller portions, fries, and drinks without asking. When I asked to change my order, the manager informed me that it couldn't be done and suggested I request larger sizes next time, even though he was trying to provide the larger items at no extra charge. I don’t understand why they don’t train their staff to inquire about portion sizes instead of directing customers on what to choose, as that seems counterproductive. This experience left me very disappointed!

Topical Grill was closed this afternoon and there was only one car in the line at Simpsonville zaxbys and this was at 1:49….it is now 2:27 and we still do not have food, 4 girls at the window and wanted me to pull up, there is no one else here still waiting ….
