He was friendly, fa... read more The employee listed on the receipt is Anthony J. I'm not sure if it's the same person or not, but there was a man who was in the drive-thru. He was friendly, fast, efficient, and professional. I wanted to leave a review to let him know I appreciate his positive attitude. I have had many negative experiences in other restaurants lately, and my interaction with him was great. I work in customer service and I'm proud to have someone like him on my team. Thank you.

We had to wait at t... read more I had a disappointing experience at this Hardee's location. We arrived on a Thursday evening at 5:00, expecting it to be busy but it wasn't. We had to wait at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone finally came to take our order. The staff spoke quietly and we had to ask them to speak louder multiple times. After ordering, my husband waited for his food for 15 minutes before I took over and waited another 20 minutes for the correct order to be made. The manager was nowhere to be seen and only two teenagers were working. I would recommend avoiding this Hardee's unless you have a lot of patience.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I especially enjoyed the Pommes, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned well.
