The store has posted hours from 10 am to 10 pm, but when we ar... read more I recently visited Culver’s in Simpsonville, KY, and was extremely disappointed with the service. The store has posted hours from 10 am to 10 pm, but when we arrived at 9:48 pm on Friday, 6/28/24, the staff was already locking the doors. A staff member simply shrugged her shoulders and walked away when we tried to enter. We then drove to the drive-thru and waited behind another car, but at 9:51 pm, we were greeted by a recording stating that they were closed. If you’re not going to adhere to your posted business hours, why bother having them? This experience was very frustrating and disappointing.
