If you want good service and good food, avoid.

Not that I have high expectations for service at Bojangles, but wow, the manager on duty at this store at about 7:2opm on September 3 plumbed a new low. We plac... read more Not that I have high expectations for service at Bojangles, but wow, the manager on duty at this store at about 7:2opm on September 3 plumbed a new low. We placed an order on the app at about 6:30pm and got a confirmation that it'd be ready at 7:02pm. We arrived at 7:19 and were told that they hadn't yet cooked our chicken so it'd be another 15 or 20 minutes. When I began to make the point that it was promised at 7:02, this guy cut me off and became quite belligerent. He then walked away. When I pointed out that his staff being really busy wasn't my problem, he threatened me. When I asked for a refund, he told me that since I didn't pay the store, the store couldn't refund me. As much as I love Bojangles' chicken, I suspect that it will be a very cold day in hell the next time I walk in a Bojangles store.
