Overall, the staff here are friendly and engaging. They offer a wide variety of sauces and flavors to enhance your dining experience, including some sweet options. It's on par with other restaurants, neither better nor worse.

The staff was rude and refused to serve drinks or food, claiming that they were “the only ones there.”

I visited this restaurant tonight to grab a snack for my kids. Unfortunately, the two girls behind the counter were quite rude. I barely had a moment to step aside when one of them told me to move over. Their attitude was really unpleasant. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2.

I picked up some food from this restaurant as we were leaving the Simpsonville Outlet Mall. After driving home for 45 minutes and starting to eat, I discovered hair twisted into the pretzel bites. It was very disappointing and unsanitary. I plan to contact the health department in the morning because it's clear that proper hygiene protocols are not being followed. Hair nets should be mandatory, and employees with long beards need to be addressed!

My boys really love their pretzels; they are always good and fresh!
