I've been working no-stop for weeks on a major work project that finally was completed tonight and went out to eat here to celebrate the accomplishment. The server, Colin was great. He was so attentive. He was in tune with us and made our dining experience wonderful. The food was delicious as well. Thanks for a nice celebration dinner! View all feedback.
What In- SC doesn't like about Arizona Handcrafted Fare Drink Co.:
Salads are always great, Ribs are always tasty and grilled to perfection. Usually get the onions straws as an appetizer, but this time they cold and greasy. The loaded taters were good. The waiter was excellent ! He was very busy but took good care of us. Wish I remembered his name for a shout out, he is fairly new to Arizona. View all feedback.
I was very disappointed with the atmosphere at the restaurant in Arizona. A friend and I went there tonight, and it was incredibly hot inside; we were both sweating. We learned that the air conditioning had been broken for two months. While the service was good, we simply couldn't enjoy our meal due to the unbearable heat. I really feel for the staff, but given the prices they charge for food and drinks, they should absolutely have the air conditioning fixed. Customers should also receive some form of compensation for having to endure such uncomfortable conditions.
I wouldn't recommend dining here unless you're prepared for disappointment. You'd be better off either burning your money or opting for fast food instead. This was my first and last visit. They had run out of several menu items, including one that we were really looking forward to trying. If you enjoy shopping in the frozen food aisle at the grocery store, then Arizona is the place for you. Overall, the quality was quite lacking.
I nearly walked away before stepping inside. The host and hostess weren’t very welcoming, which almost turned my first visit into a disappointing experience. But then our server, Angela, came to the rescue! She was fantastic—our drinks arrived in no time, and the fried green tomatoes appetizer came out before I even had a chance to unwrap my silverware. That dish was incredible, especially with that chili ranch sauce—wow! I had the bow tie pasta while my date opted for the chicken tenders, and both dishes were excellent! I would definitely recommend this place, especially since I’m quite a tough critic when it comes to food and service. I’ll definitely be back!
We began our meal with an appetizer of fried green tomatoes, which were generously thick and served with grits. They were absolutely amazing—definitely a must-try since you get five pieces! For my main course, I chose the half rack of ribs paired with a baked potato, while my aunt went for the filet. The ribs were incredibly tender and nearly fell off the bone, and the baked potato was quite good as well—moist and certainly not dry. Unfortunately, my aunt's steak was served rare instead of the requested medium rare, so she had to send it back. By the time that issue was resolved, we were pressed for time, so they kindly packed it up for us to take home. We did experience a bit of a wait for our food, which I suspect was due to the kitchen being understaffed, especially on a Sunday after church. Our server was friendly and professional, and the restaurant appeared clean. I also noticed they were seating booths every other one to maintain social distancing.
My family and I go to ARIZONA about once or twice every couple of weeks. It’s definitely our favorite place for family meals in Simpsonville. The service is always very friendly, too!
