Billy's Burgers and Beer has a small, cozy feel like you are in a family members kitchen. Billy and his wife are welcoming provide great conversation. The handmade burgers are very juicy and tasty. I ordered the bacon burger while my husband had the patty melt....both were insanely good. His wife makes homemade pies...the apple and lemon pie both had flaky, buttery crusts, were packed with fruit, and so flavorful! All proceeds go to Dakota Ranch Dog Rescue. Highly recommend this place....WORTH the drive to Simla!!! We will be back!
