Worst Starbucks in Simi! I feel bad for the young staff because they actually do a good job but the manager and older staff are the problem. The manager took a personal phone call while my mother was in line waiting to place an order and had to wait for her to finish! I ordered a grande and she gave me a tall?
There is an always an excuse not to help the customer, last time we came exactly at 7 and they said we can't help you we are closed, this time we came 6:20 and the excuse that we closed early for a special event and can't help you although the window is open, this is the second time for my 9 years kid walking for about 25 min just to get a treat and they are not available to serve, I even spoke with the manager Ryan and she said sorry can't help.
Slow service overpriced coffee just not worth. Unless your just a spoiled BRAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love getting coffee here! They have the best to drink, I come over once a day for a drink
