Jersey Mike's Subs - Simi Valley

The service was horrible. Rude, completely unfriendly as if they hated their jobs. Will never go this jersey mikes again.

This place is beyond unprofessional. I called and asked if I could have a sandwich made if I arrived at 8:57, since my Waze indicated that that would be my arrival time. The girl that I spoke to conferred with someone in the back, and said that it would be fine. When I arrived, the assistant manager, who identified himself as Mathew , (but wouldn 't provide any I.D. said that they were closed. I literally showed him my cell phone, which now said 8:58 because they took so long to come to the door, and he STILL told me that it was 9:00. He could not provide an explanation as to why I was given misinformation, but I 'm pretty sure that they just wanted to go home early. I asked for his manager 's name, and he wouldn 't disclose that either. Avoid this place like the plague.

Food is ok. Female staff on phone are extremely rude and lazy. Act like you are asking for the world when you tell them what you want on sandwich. When I told the female that answered that I wanted to place an order she said no this is Jersey mikes, I said I know I want to place an order she put me on hold without another word. Next up to bat I told her the first sandwich ingredients and she sighed really loud. I asked her if there was a problem and she said what um no I asked for manager and she said they don 't have one.

Big shout out to Nick and Matthew who made my experience at Jersey Mike's tonight excellent they were so attentive and accommodating and made three of the best damn sandwiches I've had in years thank you guys for the great experience definitely will be coming back

The bread was old and stale, the service was slow, and the avocado was $4.75 for barely any avocado. Absolutely horrendous experience at this location, and I usually love Jersey mikes.
