I should have just given t... read more I got a steak meal here for $25. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. It’s a chilis so it’s completely average besides the price. I should have just given the gift card I had as a gift instead. The staff was nice though. I’ll probably go back if I get another gift card for here.

Who decided to brush my... read more Very empty and we noticed that the reason why it was probably empty at 5 59 on a monday right next to a busy area cause of one waitress. Who decided to brush my family members off. And then we asked for something to go with our meal and waitress told us she got it but the family members didnt come with the choice they decided for . And then the waitress said ... who who ... who served you. And we all look at her (the 4 of us looked at her and we all said... YOU . And even before that I ordered the 3 for 10.99 since it's simple for me to pick a smaller menu then a bigger one and I asked for the soup .... and before I even asked what soup was their . She got close to my face and said what do you want. While she put her hands up in the air sarcastically.. it felt uncomfortable and I felt that my own human existence was in her way. I'm already a anxiety filled mess and this chilis didnt feel like a restaurant but thankfully our waitress got replaced and if you ever go to this chilies hope you dont get a older waitress with long grey hair .

I began to worry that they might be underst... read more Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed it wasn't very crowded, yet there was a noticeable delay in seating guests. I began to worry that they might be understaffed. However, I spotted a manager actively inspecting the restaurant, clearing tables, and guiding the host on seating assignments. Once we were finally seated, the service was outstanding, with the manager even coming over to refill our chips. Our food arrived quickly and was delightful. Contrary to my initial concerns, the whole dining experience turned out to be surprisingly efficient. It was definitely worth the wait for a table, especially knowing that the service would be excellent once we were seated.

Instead of kindly informing me about the s... read more Prior to that incident, I had ordered the 3 for $10.99 deal and asked for soup without knowing the available options. Instead of kindly informing me about the soup choices, she sarcastically asked what I wanted, using a rude tone and gestures. This made me feel uncomfortable, as if my presence was a burden to her. Overall, the atmosphere at this Chili's was not welcoming. Fortunately, our waitress was eventually replaced. I would advise against being served by an older waitress with long grey hair if you decide to dine at this location.
