During a recent stop in Simcoe, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at this particular Wendy's location. My server, Jacob, who is a special needs adult, went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared to perfection. I also noticed a special needs lady meticulously preparing my burger with care. Their dedication to their work was evident and it made for a truly wonderful dining experience. Their friendly smiles and attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The drive-thru line had at least 15 cars, but the staff was well-organized and worked together effectively as a team. The Apple Salad was large and delicious, and although the chicken wrap was a bit small, it was also very tasty.
