I arrived at a quarter past 5:00, only to find the drive-thru unexpectedly closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 6:00. It's clear they need to reconsider their management, as I've never seen so many negative reviews for a single place, yet they somehow remain in business. Save yourself the trouble and skip this KFC.

I even tried knocking and someone attempted to call, but the staff ignored us. Eventually, we just gave up and left. They really need to update their business hours if they say they open at 11. People only have limited time for lunch breaks.

This p... read more Their website says open til 9, inside was closed before 630. So I went to the drive thru that was a mistake. I got stuck in the line for over 30 minutes. This place is terrible. The management needs to be replaced in the worst way. Didn't even acknowledge that I was forced to wait. But at least the food was hot. But if you know the demographics of Simcoe, you will understand that fried chicken is a hot item in the summer months. Either get new management or close the place. Not worth anyone's time. Go to the superstore instead.
