The cashew chicken had a great sauce and the spice was flavorful. The chicken was prepared perfectly and was most and tender. This is a definite stop if you are passing through town. Vegetarian options: Restaurant is well-versed in different classes of vegetarianism, and accommodates expertly. We had a mixed party, with vegetarians and meat-eaters; the server was very clear about which dishes were suitable for each diner. It was a very pleasant, welcoming experience.
