My partner and I visited Subway and it was very crowded with lines out the door! The staff remained calm and friendly throughout. I couldn't help but notice that every person who walked in was greeted, even as they handled multiple phone orders and assisted customers with their orders. My mother and I drove through the drive-thru and ordered 4 basic sandwiches. It took 20 minutes for our order to be prepared. A person waiting behind us left. Although I was hoping for a quicker meal, the sandwiches were good.

I could not help but notice that any person who came in was greeted while answering the many via phone orders while assisting the journey through customers and in personal orders. Staff work extremely hard and I praise them to be friendly, despite the madness. Also my sandwich was delicious!
