Wrapper to meat ratio is perfect for me!

The pork belly burger was not what I expected according to the Chinese translation, but it was a very tender piece of braised pork belly in a bao bun with lettuce, mayo, and crisp. Seaweed was spicy and good. Dumpling flavours were solid although a tiny bit weak for me. Good crisp on the fried dumplings. The only thing I would want to change is to have real chili sauce and/or chili oil for dipping, not sweet chili sauce.
