Domino's Pizza - Silver Springs

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the store (#4918) in Silver Springs, Florida is impeccably clean. The employee, Faith, was an absolute delight—bright, cheerful, and exuding a gentle demeanor. I truly enjoyed my interaction with her and would be happy to have her take my order any day. The pizza was perfect, just as I requested, if not better. Overall, Domino's really impressed me, largely thanks to Faith's exceptional service. I think she deserves a raise!

Store was clean. Crew semi normal. The food was terrible. Thought that I would give this place a chance. Went inside to order. Pepperoni, Xtra cheese, easy sauce and lightly cooked. Also a cheese and garlic pizza, lightly cooked also. Total of 5 items. Everything was well done. Looked like it was cooked twice. The female employee said that the ovens were not calibrated. Then changed it to a simple phrase of They look fine to me !!! Didn't have time for a redo, so I said thank you and left with the knowledge that I will never be back here again. Try them first. You might be lucky. I wasn't.

Never fails...2nd time I've been completely disappointed. I ordered a large deluxe pizza, no green peppers. Received a large pizza with sausage mushrooms. It was Skimpy on those topping at best. Not at all what I expected. Not worth the 35$ 5$ delivery tip. One large 2 topping"DELUXE"with an order of cinnamon twists. Grrrr Thought I would give them another shot. But that was a mistake! never again. To expensive to allow them to keep dropping the ball.

I was so excited when dominoes came to our area. The last few pizzas have not been up to their standards. I order extra cheese, and sauce. It comes dry and just barely has cheese. The commercials on TV show the cheese dripping as you take a slice. Even with extra cheese this is not happening.

This Domino's has been great for the community.. they were REALLY cool about replacing a pizza that wasn't to our liking .. (which is rare for us) the service and friendliness is why we go back.. not to mention the food!!
