Riccardo's - Belleview

I’d just like to say that I work here and I’m not miserable. Riccardo doesn’t talk down to me or berate me. I’m a server but there haven’t been any women in the kitchen or apply to be in the kitchen. We have had 2 women that have been prep cooks. I’ve not seen a rat or roach. I came from a corporate restaurant and this environment is 100% better. They actually care about us making a living. I worked with the employee that made the claims and she loved her job until she was let go…. Just saying….

We stood by the door and finally sat. We got menus and after 20 minutes nobody came to the table. We went and ate at Little Joey, where the food and service were perfect. That happened just before 2:00. The hostess was on the phone with an order, so we just sat down. She was quick to bring us menus as soon as she was on the phone and said someone will be with us. We went to the end because it wasn't even stopped at the table.

Our waiter was an older man with not much personality. His cocaine was very strong. The Philly cheese steaks we had were small and tasteless, the rolls were over roasted, and there were no onions, only about 5 pepper strips. Definitely NOT worth the price.

Food was okay. Had an older gentleman with absolutely no personality as our server. Our daughter asked for no onions on her Philly, got quite a bit of onions. Asked for water instead of another soda for our daughter, server brought another soda. Won't be going back.
