I was informed that the "manager" has the authority to deactivate the coupon acceptance system at any time. This is absurd. Coupons are meant to be utilized. My dining experience was ruined and it affected my mood. I used to enjoy eating at this Subway, but now I am irritated. I was hungry and just wanted to use my coupons. The food was unappetizing and the sandwich looked shriveled, burnt, and hard when I received it. I will not be returning to this establishment. I will opt for the Rockville Subway instead.
