The blonde espresso drinks I order are consistently lacking in espresso. I asked about it once and the staff person shrugged and said, the blonde kinda splurts out and less comes out. That was months ago. The drinks are still flawed. Also, there is ALWAYS a wait longer than quoted on the app for mobile orders. Often the wait is at least 5-10 min longer than estimated on the app. The staff don 't seem to care about rushing, but they 're at least generally nice. I 'm bummed this is the easiest Silver Spring location to get in and out of. I just can 't keep coming to this place. It appears the company does not prioritize customer service here.
