I drink more Starbucks than I should. But that also means I know how the drinks I get should taste. The blonde espresso drinks I order are consistently lacking in espresso. I asked about it once and the staff person shrugged and said, the blonde kinda splurts out and less comes out. That was months ago. The drinks are still flawed. Also, there is ALWAYS a wait longer than quoted on the app for mobile orders. Often the wait is at least 5-10 min longer than estimated on the app. The staff don 't seem to care about rushing, but they 're at least generally nice. I 'm bummed this is the easiest Silver Spring location to get in and out of. I just can 't keep coming to this place. This Starbucks location is incredibly disappointing. The service is consistently slow, and the manager, Renee, is particularly unprofessional. She focuses solely on her employees, spending long periods chatting with them while customers wait unheard. She rarely acknowledges customers, which is surprising given her tenure in this role. It appears the company does not prioritize customer service here. Many patrons have had similar negative experiences with Renee, who clearly lacks the skills necessary to manage this store effectively.
I have been ordered this drink from Starbucks twice daily but I have never received such nasty drink, they have to learn how to prepare again
It seems as if no body review the people as these rude dame still work here with the same height over years and years so that I complained about my energy and time over them I have no other complaining than the others below I experienced the same take your review seriously real people real experience
