The manager, Dwayne Stanton, at the Silver Spring restaurant was fantastic! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The customer service here is outstanding!
This truly made my day! I hadn’t been here in over four years, and I was not disappointed! The customer service, food, and drinks are all exceptional. The new manager is definitely keeping everything up to a high standard!
We came here on a Friday night before a concert at the Fillmore. We were seated immediately and was surprised as the restaurant was pretty empty at 6pm. I ended up getting the Ultimate Shrimp feast where you select 3 kinds of shrimp and then can get additional selections afterwards. The food was ok, not great but good. The service staff were nice but we were a group of 5 and seemed that when they brought the cheddar biscuits out it was only enough for one per person and they never brought more out again. Some others got the fish and chips special for $15.99 and were not happy as the fish was overcooked and only had one filet, seemed like it should have had two for that price and other restaurants always seem to serve two filets for the similar price. Doubt we will come back due to the just ok food.
This is the best Red Lobster in the entire DMV area, without a doubt! Be sure to ask for Jackson.
The waitress Yanci is amazing, If you want superb service and to be treated Royale besure you go to her table. You might be asking as to why only gave the service a 3 here's the reasonIs a co-worker Paul, It's horrible the worst.. Not sure as to why he's even working Jake in an environment of which where he has the service customers. Understood it was close to closing however refusing to serve a customer is uncalled for. And what's worse is he had a verbal argument with another co-worker just seat just sit away from me arguing as to why he's not going to service my table Is that really stinksHowever Yanci save the day, Spoke to Dwayne as well the manager on duty. Informed him what transpired this evening just to make sure he understands and that he can correct Paul
