June 11: I changed my rating down to one star because they don't know how to make a macchiato correctly. They always pour milk into the cup and fill the cup, which creates a latte.Update June 18: ordered a macchiato and was handed a latte. I pointed out the mistake and the person claimed they had made the macchiato correctly.Please train the staff on how to make coffee.Update June 25: ordered a macchiato and was handed a latte. I pointed out the mistake and they remade the drink. It wasn't filled with milk so that's a start at least.Please, please, please train your staff!

This is actually my third time going to PJ's. I never went to PJ's before until a gentleman came out of that store while I was doing my animal sitting and the Core apartment building next door. He handed me a bunch of dollar off coupons for their establishment I'm very impressed with the hospitality of the staff and the production of their brewery.

I’ve eaten here 4 days in a row now. The beignets are top notch, the bacon biscuit sandwich is very tasty. Only issue I’ve had is they’ve been out of cinnamon rolls for 2 days so I haven’t gotten to try one. Very good cafeFood: 5/5

Cute spot with free wifi, a decent seating area, espresso drinks, tea, and food. I wasn’t too impressed with the bacon, egg, and cheese (I asked for mine sans bacon); it was a bit overpriced for the size, but my latte was delicious. The staff was friendly and the NOLA blues and jazz playing over the speakers was the best.Milk alternatives available.

I love any coffee with espresso It tasted very good but the caffeine level was not as strong compared to the same amount of espresso shot from other shops. Everything else was good.
