Italian Kitchen - Silver Spring

I?ve been ordering from this place for 3 years now. They?re usually great. Sometimes their delivery is unreliable, but I?ve always loved the pizza. However, tonight was just horrible. I ordered a pizza, wings, and salad for delivery at 5:50 and wastold it would be 30 mins. An hour later I called again and was told my order hadn?t even left yet. It should be another 15. 30more mins go by and I still haven?t gotten the pizza. So, I call again. Then I was told the driver dropped off the pizza a whileago. I?ve been sitting in my living room for two hours now, I would?ve heard a knock. So, I guess the driver just left it thereand walked away. At this point, the pizza is pretty cooled off and I have to spend 15 more minutes to heat it back up. Finally,pizza is warmed up again. Then I notice that the pizza is cut so that one half is in two pieces, and the other half is in atleast 8 pieces. How does that make any sense? And finally, they forgot the ranch for my wings and the dressing for thesalad. Considering finding a new pizza place around here.

Worst service I?ve ever had. The girl at the counter was rude and disinterested that we were there. Never offered us a menu just informed us. Then one restroom was out of order and the other one didn?t have a toilet seat or and toilet paper.

I recently started having lunches catered by Italian Kitchen the food is delicious, fresh and always delivered on time!!

This restaurant has the BEST Italian food around!! I've been to lots of places and have had lots of Italian food from different restaraunts, and sorry New York, but this is the best and always hits the spot! Whenever I want amazing food, I go here! Mypersonal favorites are the chicken calzone, cheese pizza, but I ask for fresh mozzarella balls on it as well, and there's no wayI could forget the BBQ wings and turkey sandwich! But the best comfort food there has to be the pasta. Italian Kitchen's foodtastes so fresh and has the perfect amount of flavor, can't wait to go again!

Somehow my initial review was deleted. So I will post again since I feel very strongly about the quality of food here. I am being truthful and honest. This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. You are better off getting Domino?s or somethinglike that. Please do not make the mistake of getting pizza here like I did.
